Once water is boiling, cook for 10-12 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender. Pour onion soup mix, mustard, honey and pepper into a small bowl and gently whisk to combine set aside. Instructions Sear pork chops in oiled skillet over medium/high heat. Place onto stove top over high heat and bring to a boil. Pour the soup mixture over the pork chops in the slow cooker. In a medium bowl, combine the soup mix and the chicken broth and stir until blended. Spread half the sauce mixture on top of the potatoes. Place the pork chops in a 4-quart crock pot. Place potatoes into a large pot of cold water. Spread the sliced potatoes and the onions into the bottom of a 5 quart or larger oval slow cooker. Place pork chops, Ranch seasoning and soup into a medium sized crock pot over high heat for 4 hours or low heat for 6 hours.
